Roasted Bang Bang Cabbage Salad With Peanut-date Crumble
  1. Preheat the oven to 425.

  2. Add the cabbage to a large sheet pan, add the olive oil, tamari, salt, garlic powder and pepper and toss to coat.

  3. Place the cabbage in the oven for 25-30 minutes, tossing halfway. It should be tender and browned.

  4. Make the crumble topping. Add the peanuts, scallions, basil, dates, lime zest, salt and red pepper flakes to a bowl. Toss to combine.

  5. Make the dressing. Add all ingredients to a jar, add the top and shake or whisk until well combined.

  6. Add the cabbage to a shallow bowl, add the crumble, the dressing to taste. Toss to combine.
