Sesame Glazed Salmon Bowl
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Mix up the marinade: soy sauce, sesame oil, lime zest, honey, garlic and dijon. Pat dry the salmon filets (skin on or off) and let marinade for at least 15-20 minutes.

  3. Once marinaded, place the salmon filets on a baking sheet with some parchment paper and sprinkle over some sesame seeds on top. Bake in the oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until cooked to your liking.

  4. Meanwhile, mix up the mayonnaise, sriracha, and sesame oil. This will be our aioli!

  5. Once the salmon is slightly golden and cooked to your liking, serve over rice with steamed broccoli and garnish with the spicy aioli, green onions and more sesame seeds.
