Dice the red onion into small pieces
Chop the dill finely
Chop the sun dried tomato
Slice the cucumber
Combine the sardines in olive oil with the diced red onion, chopped dill, and sun dried tomato
Mix in the natural flavoured yoghurt
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Arrange the sliced cucumber on a plate or bowl
Top with the sardine mixture
Drizzle with sweet balsamic glaze
