Preheat oven to 325° F, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pat fillet dry then place skin-side down on prepared baking sheet.
Sprinkle seasoning over the salmon, then brush with maple syrup to coat.
Bake in oven for about 20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reads 145° with a thermometer.
While the salmon bakes, melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
With a silicone spatula, stir occasionally as the butter begins to bubble and brown.
When the butter smells nutty and the milk solids become golden at the bottom of the pan, remove from heat, about 5-7 minutes.
Remove salmon from oven, and carefully transfer to serving platter.
Drizzle with brown butter to serve.
