Start by slicing chicken breasts in half and pound them to tender them and reduce cooking time.
Toss into a bowl and coat with seasoned flour salt and pepper.
In a large skillet heat up oil on medium low heat.
Cook chicken breast 4-5 minutes each side until golden brown.
Remove from heat onto a paper towel lined plate.
Salt and pepper them.
In the same pan on medium heat,toss in onions, cook 3-4 minutes until lightly golden brown, add in mushrooms and cook until additional 2 minutes.
Deglaze the pan by adding in Marsala wine.
Stir the brown bits off the bottom and let reduce for 1-2 minutes.
And in chicken broth, garlic, herbs , balsamic and let simmer for a minute.
Turn heat to low and finish with heavy cream.
Add back in the chicken.
Let simmer for additional 3-5 minutes.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with parsley.
Serve with pasta , mashed potatoes whatever you like!
