Creamy Chicken Marsala
  1. Start by slicing chicken breasts in half and pound them to tender them and reduce cooking time.

  2. Toss into a bowl and coat with seasoned flour salt and pepper.

  3. In a large skillet heat up oil on medium low heat.

  4. Cook chicken breast 4-5 minutes each side until golden brown.

  5. Remove from heat onto a paper towel lined plate.

  6. Salt and pepper them.

  7. In the same pan on medium heat,toss in onions, cook 3-4 minutes until lightly golden brown, add in mushrooms and cook until additional 2 minutes.

  8. Deglaze the pan by adding in Marsala wine.

  9. Stir the brown bits off the bottom and let reduce for 1-2 minutes.

  10. And in chicken broth, garlic, herbs , balsamic and let simmer for a minute.

  11. Turn heat to low and finish with heavy cream.

  12. Add back in the chicken.

  13. Let simmer for additional 3-5 minutes.

  14. Salt and pepper to taste.

  15. Garnish with parsley.

  16. Serve with pasta , mashed potatoes whatever you like!
