Whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Add the cheese to a non-stick frying pan; once it starts melting, pour in the eggs.
Place the wrap on top to soak up the eggs. Flip it over and let the other side do the same.
Once the egg is cooked and the cheese is crispy, flip it again.
Spread the tuna mixture on one side of the wrap, fold it over, and cook for another 5 minutes.
