Passover Mini Buns
  1. Add water, sugar, salt to a pot and bring to a boil

  2. Take off heat and add matzo and stir well

  3. Wait 5 minutes and slowly add eggs one at a time

  4. Mix well

  5. Wet hands and make balls from the dough, setting on baking paper, about 1” apart

  6. Sprat with olive oil and add sesame seeds (or anything you like)

  7. Bake for 40 min and then put wooden spoon to crack oven door open and leave to finish baking
