Dad’s Guac
  1. Cut and scoop out the flesh of 2 avocados into a mixing bowl. Mash them until relatively smooth.

  2. Add the finely chopped onion and jalapeño peppers to the mashed avocados. Season with flake salt and garlic salt to taste.

  3. Cut and scoop out the flesh of the remaining 2 avocados. Add them to the bowl, but this time, gently fold them in to keep some chunks intact.

  4. Finish by adding the chopped cilantro and lime juice. Gently mix to combine everything together.

  5. Pro Tip:** Flake salt tends to be larger and can provide a delightful crunch and burst of flavor. Adjust to your preference and always taste to ensure the right balance!
