Tuna Pasta Bake
  1. Melt the margarine in a saucepan, sauté the onion and garlic for 5 minutes.

  2. Add to the saucepan the soup, water, sugar and seasoning and bring to the boil. Turn the heat down and simmer for 10 minutes.

  3. Stir in the tuna and set aside.

  4. In a bowl beat the cheese, cream and cheddar cheese together.

  5. Grease 200 by 200 mm deep oven-proof dish and spoon half the noodles into base of dish. Spoon half the tuna mixture over noodles and top with half the sauce.

  6. Repeat the layers until all the ingredients have been used. Sprinkle cheese over the top and dust with paprika.

  7. Bake in the oven at 180 C for 30 to 40 minutes until lightly browned.
