Add dry pasta to a wide bottomed skillet.
Fill with enough water, just to cover the pasta. Do not add too much as you will not be draining this.
Boil and stir continuously until the water evaporates almost completely. This will take probably around the same time the pasta takes to cook according to the package you use. Anywhere from 8-10 minutes.
Add in the evaporated milk and stir to combine.
Add in your cheese and continue to stir on the lowest heat for a few minutes.
Serve hot and enjoy!
