Protein heaven bars
  1. Preheat oven to 190°C/375°F.

  2. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

  3. In a large bowl, mash the bananas.

  4. Add all of the other ingredients and mix thoroughly until combined and flattened with a spoon.

  5. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.

  6. Allow to cool on a rack, then cut into pieces.
