Never Fail Fruit Cake
  1. Set to 300°F (150°C). Grease and line your pan with parchment.

  2. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

  3. Stir in dried fruit and nuts until coated.

  4. Mix flax eggs, orange juice, vegan butter, and molasses; add to dry mix.

  5. Pour into pan and bake 1½–2 hours.

  6. Cool completely before slicing. Store overnight for deeper flavor.
