Maple Butter Thyme Carrots
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).

  2. Add carrots to a baking dish along with all ingredients then toss to coat.

  3. Scatter butter cubes over the carrots.

  4. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 20-25 minutes, until tender.

  5. Uncover, toss, and return to the oven for 10–15 minutes, until glossy and lightly caramelized.

  6. Plate then pour remaining juices overtop.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy 😊
