Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
Warm the peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
Stir in the collagen, then gently fold in the crispy rice cereal. You can add more PB or rice crispy cereal depending on texture preference!
Press into the pan.
Melt the chocolate and spread over the top.
Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and refrigerate until set.
