Crockpot Garlic Butter Herb Chicken
  1. Make the sauce. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, parsley, thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper.

  2. Add to crockpot. Place the chicken thighs in the crockpot. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the chicken, then add the chicken broth.

  3. Cook. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or on HIGH for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and cooked through.

  4. Rest and cut. Leave the chicken whole while it cooks, then remove and let it rest for a few minutes. Cut into bite-size pieces before serving (perfect for Bob).

  5. Serve. Spoon that buttery garlic-herb sauce generously over everything. Finish with parsley if you have it.
