Thaw shrimp per package instructions. Peel shrimp and remove tails.
Preheat oven to 400°F. Place shrimp on an oiled baking sheet. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
Toss and spread shrimp in a single layer.
Roast for 10- 12 minutes, until shrimp is opaque and cooked through. Set aside to cool.
In a small bowl, whisk ¼ cup olive oil, lemon zest and juice, shallot, mustard, and sugar.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
In a large bowl, gently toss the shrimp, citrus segments, avocado, and salad greens with the dressing.
Serve immediately.
