Dissolve yeast in warm water
Add brown sugar, then flour. Mix well until combined.
Cover and let rest for 20 minutes
Preheat oven to 500 degrees
Roll into long ropes and cut into bite sized shapes
Dip into prepared dipping solution
Place on cookie sheet and sprinkle with kosher salt
Bake for 4-6 minutes
Brush tops of bite with melted butter
