  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).

  3. For the filling: In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with cooked ground meat. Add eggs, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, and blend until smooth.

  4. Pour the filling over the crust and smooth out the top.

  5. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set and slightly golden on top.
