In a bowl, add 3 cups flour, salt, egg, egg yolk, and the yeast mixture
Start mixing, then add the butter a little at a time until incorporated
Add the remaining flour as needed until a soft dough forms
Knead for 10 minutes
Place dough in a greased bowl and set aside to rise for 45 minutes
Divide into 8 pieces and roll
Place on a baking sheet and rise for 30 more minutes
Brush with egg wash
Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes until golden
