Quick Dinner Rolls
  1. Mix warm milk and sugar, then sprinkle in yeast and let it sit for 10 minutes

  2. In a bowl, add 3 cups flour, salt, egg, egg yolk, and the yeast mixture

  3. Start mixing, then add the butter a little at a time until incorporated

  4. Add the remaining flour as needed until a soft dough forms

  5. Knead for 10 minutes

  6. Place dough in a greased bowl and set aside to rise for 45 minutes

  7. Divide into 8 pieces and roll

  8. Place on a baking sheet and rise for 30 more minutes

  9. Brush with egg wash

  10. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes until golden
