  1. In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil and add the chopped onion and white part of the green onions. Cook until translucent.

  2. Add the garlic. Mix, then add the pork and brown until no longer pink. Add the ginger and sriracha, season with salt & pepper, then mix.

  3. Add the coleslaw mix, vinegar, and coconut aminos. Mix and sauté until tender.

  4. Top with toasted sesame seeds and sliced tops of green onions and enjoy!
