Combine all ingredients for the marinade in a bowl, except chicken thighs.
Add chicken thighs to the marinade.
Stir well, coating all of the chicken.
Using a fork, poke holes in the meat, allowing for maximum flavor.
Let marinate for at least one hour, or refreigerate up to 24 hrs.
Arrange chicken thighs on foil-lined baking sheet, making sure to open them fully.
Broil on each side for about 10 minutes, or until golden, or desired char is achieved.
