String Bean And Potato Salad
  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and add the garlic cloves and potatoes

  2. Cook potatoes until fork tender about 12-15 minutes and remove with a slotted spoon

  3. Add the string beans and cook 2-3 minutes, then remove with slotted spoon and discard the garlic

  4. Add the potatoes, string beans and tomatoes to a large bowl

  5. Mix the olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper together

  6. Pour dressing over the salad and gently toss

  7. Serve warm or at room temperature
