Baked Almonds Oats
  1. Heat oven to 180°C (fan) and grease a small baking dish.

  2. Add oats, almond meal, sweetener, vanilla, almond extract, baking powder, yoghurt and almond milk straight into the dish. Mix until combined.

  3. Scatter sliced almonds over the top.

  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden and just set in the middle.

  5. Cool slightly, then finish with icing sugar and a drizzle of honey or maple syrup.
