Cook pasta until tender. Drain and set aside.
Steam zucchini and carrots until soft. Drain zucchini well, then puree both until smooth.
In a large saucepan, whisk together carrot puree, zucchini puree, tomato sauce, broth, milk, and tomato paste until smooth.
Stir in onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and sweetener. Simmer 5–7 minutes.
Add pasta and stir until coated. Stir in cheese until melted.
Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve warm.
