Frozen Espresso Martini With Spiked Whipped Cream
  1. Whisk ½ cup heavy cream and a splash of Kahlúa in a medium bowl until soft peaks form. Cover whipped cream; chill until ready to use.

  2. Blend 3 oz. vodka, ¼ cup sugar, 3 oz. Kahlúa, 2 Tbsp. instant espresso powder, and 12 oz. (3 cups) ice in a blender until smooth and slushy. Divide martini among 4 glasses. Top each with a dollop of whipped cream and dust with espresso powder.
