Chia Seed Savory Pudding Recipe
  1. In a bowl add the curd and water. Add the salt to taste.

  2. Whisk this well.

  3. Now add 3 tbsp of Chia seeds to this.

  4. Mix well without any lumps.

  5. Cover this and keep inside the refrigerator for minimum 2 hours.

  6. You can keep this overnight also.

  7. In a pan add oil and add the mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal, green chili, and ginger.

  8. Saute till the dals turn golden brown.

  9. Now add the finely chopped coriander leaves and curry leaves.

  10. Cook for few seconds.

  11. Switch off and add this to the soaked chia pudding.

  12. Top this with cooked chana, chopped cucumber and sliced onions.

  13. Serve immediately.
