Korean BBQ Beef
  1. Combine ingredients in crock pot and cook on Low ~6 hours or High ~4 hours.

  2. Add oyster sauce and toasted sesame oil after cooking/after shredding beef for best flavor.

  3. For the spicy cream sauce, mix the greek yogurt, gochujang, chili crisp, milk, salt and pepper.

  4. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
