In mixing bowl combine milk, sugar, and instant dry yeast. Stir it until combine everything.
Then add flour, salt and plain yoghurt. Combine everything, and start to knead the dough.
After 4-5 minute add soft butter and continue to knead the dough until smooth and elastic texture.
Divided and roll each piece of dough into a smooth ball. Gently press it down.
Leave the dough to proof for at least 2 hours in room temperature.
Once proofing is done, proceed to cut out the donut shapes using a small donut cutter.
Heat the oil over medium heat. Fry each donut for about 2-3 minutes on one side until golden brown.
