Eggless Donuts
  1. In mixing bowl combine milk, sugar, and instant dry yeast. Stir it until combine everything.

  2. Then add flour, salt and plain yoghurt. Combine everything, and start to knead the dough.

  3. After 4-5 minute add soft butter and continue to knead the dough until smooth and elastic texture.

  4. Divided and roll each piece of dough into a smooth ball. Gently press it down.

  5. Leave the dough to proof for at least 2 hours in room temperature.

  6. Once proofing is done, proceed to cut out the donut shapes using a small donut cutter.

  7. Heat the oil over medium heat. Fry each donut for about 2-3 minutes on one side until golden brown.
