Prepare Slaw
Combine cabbage, carrot, olive oil, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, hot honey, salt, pepper, and cilantro.
Prepare Sweet Potato Puree
Peel and chop sweet potatoes.
Boil sweet potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes.
Combine boiled sweet potatoes and butter.
Add garlic, milk, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth. Keep warm.
Cook Salmon
Heat avocado oil.
Season salmon with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Cook salmon skin-side down for 5 minutes.
Flip and cook for 8 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
Serve
Serve salmon with sweet potato puree and slaw. Garnish with cilantro.
