Put 0.5 tbsp [0.75 tbsp | 1 tbsp] sugar* in a large pan. Put the bacon strips in the pan and spread another 0.5 tbsp [0.75 tbsp | 1 tbsp] sugar* over them. Tip: Take the bacon out of the packaging and put it in the pan. It's no problem if it overlaps slightly at the beginning, it will come off during frying. Tip: Use 2 pans for 3 or 4 people. Heat the pan at a medium-high temperature and fry the bacon for 3 - 4 minutes per side until crispy. Drain the bacon on kitchen paper.
Cut the tomato into thin slices and season lightly with salt*. Cut the lettuce heart into 2 cm strips. Mix the mayonnaise and buttermilk-lemon dressing in a large bowl. Mix the lettuce strips with the dressing.
Wipe out the pan from step 1. Heat the tortillas in the pan without adding any fat for 1 - 2 minutes. Remove. Tip: If you have a microwave, you can also heat the tortillas for 1 minute at 600 W. Spread the bacon on the wraps, top with tomatoes and marinated lettuce strips. Fold the sides of the wraps inwards on the left and right, then fold the bottom side up over the filling, roll up tightly and enjoy. Enjoy!
