Viral 5-minute Tiramisu
  1. Mix together the yoghurt, maple syrup and protein powder

  2. Dip each rice cake in the coffee for a few seconds and repeat with all rice cakes

  3. Spread 2 tbsp of the yoghurt mixture onto each rice cake and stack them

  4. Dust with cocoa powder

  5. Eat straight away or refrigerate for an hour for maximum flavour
