Sausage Rolls
  1. Mix well together by hand.

  2. Put mixture into a piping bag and prepare your pastry.

  3. Dust the surface with flour to stop sticking then pipe a thick sausage onto the length of the Pastry.

  4. Mix the leftover egg whites with a little milk and use to wet the edges before rolling.

  5. Cut each into 4.

  6. Place on a baking tray, make three wee cuts in the top of each then brush with the egg white/milk mixture, and sprinkle with nigella seeds.

  7. Bake in a pre heated oven at 180c fan forced for 30-40 minutes till golden brown.

  8. Leave to cool on a wire rack a little before serving.
