  1. Blend the chickpeas, parsley, cilantro, garlic, cumin, ground coriander, salt, lemon juice, and flour until it's a paste.

  3. Fill with the cucumber, tomato, and tahini sauce (made by mixing the tahini, lemon juice, and maple syrup).
