Crunchy Gut-supporting Granola
  1. Turn your oven on 125 Celsius (convection setting)

  2. Cook your lentils for 10 min in boiling water, then drain the water from the lentils and spread them on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes

  3. Meanwhile mix the binder ingredients (tahini, honey, cinnamon, vanilla sugar, sea salt) in a pot over low-medium heat

  4. Pour binder over nuts, oats and baked lentils - mix well

  5. Spread evenly on a baking sheet and press down

  6. Bake for 24 minutes in total (or until golden) and flip halfway through (after 12 minutes)

  7. Cool completely before breaking into chunks
