Easy Blueberry Buttermilk Almond Flour Biscuits
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet or cast iron with melted butter

  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together egg, buttermilk, coconut oil, and maple syrup. Add almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir until just combined.

  3. Fold in blueberries gently.

  4. Scoop batter (about ¼ cup each) onto the baking sheet or into cast iron.

  5. Bake for 18–22 minutes, until golden on top and firm to the touch.

  6. Cool 5–10 minutes before serving.
