Pink Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Brownie Bites

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

1 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

½ cup all-purpose flour

¼ teaspoon salt

Pink food coloring (gel, as needed)

½ cup unsalted butter, softened

½ cup brown sugar

¼ cup granulated sugar

2 tablespoons milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup all-purpose flour, heat-treated

½ cup mini chocolate chips

1 cup powdered sugar

2–3 tablespoons milk

Pink food coloring

Pink candy melts or pink chocolate chips (for topping)

Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment.
Whisk melted butter and sugar in a bowl. Add eggs, vanilla, cocoa powder, flour, salt, and pink food coloring. Mix until smooth.
Pour batter into the pan and bake for 18–20 minutes. Cool completely.
Cut cooled brownie into round discs using a cutter.
Cream butter and sugars for the cookie dough. Add milk and vanilla, then mix in flour and chocolate chips.
Scoop cookie dough and shape into domes. Freeze for 20 minutes until firm.
Place each dome on a brownie round and press gently.
Mix powdered sugar, milk, and pink food coloring into a glaze. Spoon over domes and top with pink candy melts or chips.
Chill for 15–20 minutes until glaze sets. Serve chilled or room temp.
