Purée the drained peaches in a food processor until smooth.
Add the simple syrup, lemon juice, and cream. Blend or stir until fully combined.
Pour the mixture into the bowl of your Whynter ice cream maker.
Freeze according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Ripen in the freezer for several hours for a firmer consistency.
