Pat the chicken wings completely dry with paper towels.
Place the wings in a large bowl.
In a small bowl, mix the baking powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and cooking oil.
Toss until all wings are evenly coated.
Set it aside for 30 minutes.
Place wings in a single layer in the basket.
Avoid overcrowding and cook in batches if needed.
Air fry at 200°C (400°F) for 20 minutes.
Flip the wings halfway through.
(Add an additional 2-3 minutes air frying time if needed.)
