Lemon Ginger Tea:
Boil 1 litre of water in a saucepan.
Add chopped lemon rinds, ginger, and pepper. Boil 5 minutes.
Let it cool slightly and strain.
Stir in honey and lemon juice.
Drink warm in the morning.
Cumin Cinnamon Tea:
Boil water with cumin and cinnamon for 5+ minutes.
Let it cool and strain.
Add lemon juice and honey to the warm liquid.
Enjoy daily on an empty stomach.
Chia Lemon Tea:
Soak chia seeds in 1 cup water for 10 mins.
Transfer to a tall glass, add 2 cups water.
Stir in honey and lemon juice.
Drink chilled or warm.
