  1. Lemon Ginger Tea:

  2. Boil 1 litre of water in a saucepan.

  3. Add chopped lemon rinds, ginger, and pepper. Boil 5 minutes.

  4. Let it cool slightly and strain.

  6. Drink warm in the morning.

  7. Cumin Cinnamon Tea:

  8. Boil water with cumin and cinnamon for 5+ minutes.

  9. Let it cool and strain.

  10. Add lemon juice and honey to the warm liquid.

  11. Enjoy daily on an empty stomach.

  12. Chia Lemon Tea:

  13. Soak chia seeds in 1 cup water for 10 mins.

  14. Transfer to a tall glass, add 2 cups water.

  15. Stir in honey and lemon juice.

  16. Drink chilled or warm.
