1 portion = about 16 ounces
The night before: add oats, milk, cinnamon, chia seeds, and coconut flakes to your blending container or an airtight container. Shake or stir well and store overnight in the fridge. This will allow the chia seeds and oats to expand. In the morning, all you need to do is add nut butter, fruit, and then blend!
When it's smoothie time, add frozen banana, apple, and almond butter.
