Bánh Kẹp Lá Dứa
  1. Chop and blend the pandan + water. Strain and squeeze out all the juice- set aside.

  2. Whisk eggs, pandan juice, 1 tbsp oil, and coconut cream in a bowl.

  3. Mix all your dry ingredients.

  4. Sieve your dry ingredients into the wet and gently mix until just combined.

  5. Let sit for 1 hour on the counter, this will make it extra chewy!

  6. Heat up your waffle maker, oil, and press.
