Chop and blend the pandan + water. Strain and squeeze out all the juice- set aside.
Whisk eggs, pandan juice, 1 tbsp oil, and coconut cream in a bowl.
Mix all your dry ingredients.
Sieve your dry ingredients into the wet and gently mix until just combined.
Let sit for 1 hour on the counter, this will make it extra chewy!
Heat up your waffle maker, oil, and press.
