Pineapple Teriyaki Chicken Jerky
  1. Cut meat into consistent strips about ¼" thick.

  2. Mix all of the other ingredients thoroughly and marinate the meat in a sealed bag or container in the refrigerator for 4-24 hours.

  3. Lay out the marinated meat on racks without pieces touching.

  4. Dehydrate/bake/smoke in equipment at 160-180F until desired texture is reached.

  5. Let the jerky 'rest' until it reaches room temperature before consumption and packaging.
