Glazed Meatloaf
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

  2. Combine the ground meat, carrots, onion, cheese, bread cubes, thyme, egg, milk, salt and pepper in a large bowl and use your hands to mix until everything is very well combined.

  3. Pack the mixture tightly into a 9 X 5-inch loaf pan.

  4. In a medium bowl, whisk together all of the glaze ingredients until well combined.

  5. Brush the top of the meatloaf with a thick coat of glaze.

  6. Transfer to the oven and bake until bubbly around the edges and cooked through and the internal temp reaches 150°F, about 45 minutes.

  7. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 to 15 minutes, then remove from the pan and cut into slices, and serve.
