Chicken Shawarma Sheet Pan Dinner
  1. Preheat the oven to 425° F.

  2. Add the chicken, veggies and chickpeas to a large mixing bowl. Drizzle with the olive oil and season with the spices and salt. Mix to evenly combine.

  3. Transfer the entire mixture onto a rimmed baking sheet and spread into an even layer.

  4. Transfer the baking sheet to the oven and roast for 30-35 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender. Broil for the last 2 minutes for an extra char if desired.

  5. Remove from the oven. Serve with tzatziki or white sauce, if desired.
