Preheat the oven to 180c.
Grease and line a large size slice/lamington pan.
Add sugar to the "Closed lid" . Blitz sp 9/10secs.
Add remaining ingredients. (See picture for Pudding description).
Blend sp 5/20 secs. Scrape if necessary.
Spread ½ into the prepared pan into prepared pan.
Dollop ½ the cinnamon filling over.
Spread the remaing cake batter over.
Dollop with the remaining cinnamon mixture.
Bake for 45-60 minutes, or until cooked when tested.
Cool in the pan to allow any butter to soak into the cake.
Slice while still warm, dust with icing sugar and serve with whipped cream.
Place all the ingredients into a microwave bowl and melt
100% power/2 mins. Stir to combine.
It will be quite runny. You can leave it to firm up a little or use staright away.
