Chocolate Chip Vanilla Custard Brioches
  1. In a bowl, mix the warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until it becomes frothy.

  6. Roll the dough into small balls. Fill each ball with custard and chocolate chips, then shape into buns.

  7. Place the buns on a baking sheet, cover them, and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
