Preheat oven to 400.
In a large bowl combine the lamb, raisins, cinnamon, breadcrumbs, egg, ¾ of the scallions, and a good pinch of salt and pepper.
Using your hands, form little balls about the size of a golf ball.
Place them on a rimmed baking sheet lined with foil.
Stick them in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes, rotating the balls every few minutes so they brown evenly on all sides.
Heat the pita bread in the microwave until soft and pliable.
Place 3 to 5 balls on each pita bread.
Dollop with a little yogurt and garnish with remaining scallions and tomatoes.
Give a good spritz of lime and dig in!
