Crunchy Low Carb Burger Wrap
  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Spread mozzarella evenly on the tray, shaping it with your hands to make it like a rectangle.

  4. Dry pickle slices with paper towels to remove as much liquid as possible.

  5. Spread the pickles over the cheese, pressing gently into the cheese.

  6. Place the tray in the oven and bake for 15 minutes or until the edges have browned.

  7. Remove the tray from the oven and let sit to cool and harden for 5-6 minutes.

  8. Lift the wrap off the sheet and flip it over.

  9. Add your burger fillings on one side of the wrap.

  10. Make your burger sauce—add ingredients to a bowl and mix until smooth.

  11. Spread over the wrap, then fold it closed.

  12. Cut into half and enjoy right away.
