High Protein Chipotle Chicken And Potato Bowls
  1. Add avocado oil, seasonings, chipotle paste, and lime juice to boneless skinless chicken thighs and mix well with your hands

  2. Bake the seasoned chicken in the oven at 200°C for 20 Minutes

  3. Dice potatoes into cubes and add to a bowl with the same seasonings and avocado oil

  4. Mix potatoes well to coat

  5. Air fry the potatoes at 190°C for 20-25 minutes

  6. Chop the cooked chicken into cubes

  7. Assemble bowls with crispy potatoes, chicken, grated cheese, guacamole, and Greek yogurt

  8. Drizzle with sriracha and serve

  9. Storage & Heating ️ - Store the chicken, crispy potatoes and grated cheese in meal prep boxes refrigerated for up to 5 days. - When it’s time to eat, reheat in the microwave then top with ⅕ guacamole, 30g Greek yoghurt and a drizzle sriracha
