Vegan Miso Compound Butter (whipped + Solid)
  1. Whip together softened butter and miso paste until smooth and nicely incorporated. if adding any additional ingredients, add while mixing (e.g. garlic, parsley).

  2. To store, simply transfer to an airtight container, roll into a log shape using parchment paper and refrigerate, or melt and pour into an ice cube tray to create butter squares.
